Introduction
Project Name: Consultancy services for Engineering, Supervision & Design for Electrical Distribution System of Dinajpur Palli Bidyut Samity 2 under RRDP-II-EC-1 project
Description of project & service provided:
Staking of new/renovation 33/11/6.35kv & LT Line including preparation of staking sheets, materials schedule, installation of pegs, re-staking
Construction supervision including inspection of materials and workmanship of contractor, for all HT and LT lines (new/renovation/up gradation) or extension by qualified and BREB/PBS approved inspectors. (If the supervision bill is paid in full for constructed quantify (Km.), no staking & supervision bill will be claimed by the Consultant for the staking & supervision of construction of any unit included in the approved staking sheet which unit was left over at the time of Energization )
Construction Supervision of dismantling & Up-gradation (re-conduct ring / conversion) of line including inspection of materials and workmanship of contractor by qualified and BREB/PBS approved inspector.
As-built staking for new lines, extensions and integrated PDB/DPDC /DESCO/WDB /BREB/PBS/WZPDCO or any other Organization/ Agency lines.
Preparation of closeout document against work orders for completed/half done or in-completed works less than 3.2Km.
Preparation of Estimate & Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as required.
