Introduction
Project Name: Consultancy services for Engineering, Supervision & Design for Electrical Distribution System of Naogaon Palli Bidyut Samity- 2 under URIDS (RRKB) project.
Description of Actual Services provided by our staff:
- Staking of New or Renovated Power Lines (33/11/6.35kV & LT):
Complete staking services including field surveys, preparation of staking sheets, material schedules, peg installation, and re-staking as required. - Staking for Line Upgradation (Reconductoring or Conversion):
Field staking and documentation for upgrading 33kV/11kV lines, ensuring proper design and alignment for improved capacity and performance. - Technical Supervision of Construction Works:
On-site supervision of HT and LT line construction (new, renovated, or extended), carried out by BREB/PBS-approved inspectors. We monitor material quality, construction practices, and compliance with specifications.
Note: If the full construction supervision fee is paid for completed work, no additional fee will be claimed for unenergized units listed in the same staking sheet. - Supervision of Dismantling and Upgradation Activities:
Inspection and supervision during dismantling, reconductoring, or conversion work to ensure proper handling and reinstallation of equipment. - As-Built Staking Documentation:
Preparation of final as-built drawings and staking records for new installations, line extensions, or integrations with utility agencies. - Closeout Report Preparation:
Development of closeout documentation for completed, partially completed, or incomplete line works under 3.2 km in length. - Project Cost Estimation and BOQ Preparation:
Preparation of detailed project estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on client scope and technical requirements.
